Casa al Día

About Casa al Día

In Mexico, being al día means your payments are up to date. Casa al Día keeps your home there: your household staff employed the right way, and your vacation rental's taxes in order.

Why it exists

Employing a housekeeper or renting out your home in Mexico comes with real obligations: IMSS, a contract, aguinaldo, vacation pay, platform withholding and lodging tax. The rules are written in Spanish, they change every year, and the tools that handle them are built for Mexican employers, in Spanish. We built Casa al Día so English-speaking owners can see what's required, do it on time and keep the records, all in one place.

How we work

Where we are

We're starting with homes in Puerto Vallarta, in Jalisco, and Bahía de Banderas, in Nayarit. The household staff rules are federal, so they apply wherever your home is in Mexico. Lodging-tax rules for other states come as they're reviewed.

Who operates Casa al Día

Casa al Día is operated by Third Space Ventures LLC, a US company.
