Staff
US$12 a month, or US$120 a year
For one household worker. Each extra worker is US$5 a month.
- A contract in Spanish with the English translation beside it
- Guided IMSS registration and an estimate of the monthly cost
- A pay stub every pay period, sent to your worker in Spanish
- Vacation, holiday pay and aguinaldo worked out, with reminders
- A final-pay and severance estimate if the job ends
The yearly plan covers one worker. Extra workers and Concierge are available on monthly plans.
Rentals
US$19 a month per property
- A check of what the platforms withhold, and the steps that can lower it
- A monthly tracker for payouts, tax receipts and bank deposits
- A warning as your platform income for the year nears the filing threshold
- Lodging tax on bookings you take directly
- Registry and insurance deadlines where your area requires them
- A monthly packet (PDF and CSV) for your contador

Concierge

Our team generates each official IMSS payment slip (línea de captura) and posts it in the app with its due date. You pay IMSS yourself, using the slip. Concierge starts once you've uploaded the same signed authorization as Done for you, if you haven't already.
Done for you
US$79, paid once
Our team registers your worker with IMSS and posts the first payment slip in the app. First you upload the documents and a signed authorization. We start only once we have both.
For property managers
US$8 per unit a month, with a 10-unit minimum
One dashboard across the owners and homes you manage, with statements for your owners. Write to us and we'll set it up with you.
How buying works
When we launch, you'll create an account with your email, choose a plan and pay by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number goes to Stripe; we never see or store it.
- Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel.
- You change your plan, add workers or properties, or cancel in the app, under Settings, then Billing. Changes are prorated, and you see the amount before you confirm.
- Charges appear on your card statement as CASA AL DIA.

Cancellation and refunds
When you cancel, your plan stops at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. Our cancellation and refund policy explains when we refund and how to ask.
What your plan doesn't cover
Your plan pays for the software and, with Concierge or Done for you, our team's work. It doesn't include your workers' wages, their IMSS or Infonavit contributions, or the taxes you owe SAT. You pay those directly, and they never pass through Casa al Día.
